Roman empires found a very hard oponent in the Carthaginian armies. Now I know the reasons  ;D
This custom uses a long spear similar to the greek sarisa

I agree with seawarrior,
i'm most taken in by your Sarracenos' face-mail and your Carthaginian helm..they do look like geniune PM parts..

Yoyei, you just reminded me of that time, many moons back, when someone posted a 'top-secret' photo of a pair of Roman legs on playmoboard...everyone was discussing whether it was genuine or a custom and thought i was a fool to be the first to exclaim that it was undoubtedly genuine  :P

which brings me to your Sarracenos' face-mail....you could have fooled me if you just posted his head 'for discussion'  ;D
its fantastic, how you made it look like it was moulded there by PM !
exquisite craftmanship Yoyei ! you must have a jeweller's touch  ;)

of course his headwear and shield amongst others are also also very PM-like. fantastic work! thanks for sharing!
