Finally...Hello from Scotland.

Finally...an introduction.

My name is Isabella/Val/Valkyrie and I`m a 46 year old mother of two from Scotland. And as some of you might know, I`m a Playmobil addict.

My chief interests are just about all things Playmobil and especially the girly stuff, but I do have a significant amount of Pirate and Knights theme amongst  the Victorian and Fantasy! (I`m not fussy... )

Most of you know me from Playmoboard anyway, so I won`t go on at any great length. I just fancied a change from the Board, you know? Nice to be here.  :)

(And why Valkyrie2? Well, Valkyrie managed to make a spelling mistake in her email address while registering, and then proceeded to lose her password. So effectively she`s locked out forever. You`ll just have to put upwith the new, "improved" me instead.  :D  )

A BIG WELCOME, VAL!

What took you so long? ... ;)

Many of you may remember Isabella from her wonderful musical, The Sentry Box. We hosted The Sentry Box at Garden Wargaming back in March of 2003 and we believe it may have been the very first Playmobil musical ever on the web!

For those of you who may have missed it, or just want to see (and listen) again ... click on the graphic below ...

Happy to have you here, Isabella!

All the best,
Richard

A warm welcome  Isabella/Val/Valkyrie.  It`s great to see you here. You´ll find lots of lovely Playmo, even if it is a bit butch!

I see Richard`s making you feel at home already.

 All the best,

 David

Hi, and thanks for all the welcomes!

Richard: Why did it take me so long? Well...wargaming??? Not quite my thing. But then ...I went to several historical re-enactments over the summer, bith in Scotland and in France, and one of the things that struck me was that there were plenty of women around in the campsites, doing...well..all sorts of things!

And as Krystal says...not many "ladies" here.

So I felt that even though I don`t really want to do the war bit, there was plenty of scope for the "gaming" bit, no? And every soldiers encampment needs women around. To do the laundry and mend socks and carry the beer etc? (    )So here I am. Just ignore the armour and helmet for now.

Yoyei...I mistyped my email address in my original registration, I think. So when I`ve been trying to change my password, the notification kept going to this nonexistent email address. It really doesn`t matter, though. If you`d like to delete my first "Valkyrie" registration though, please go ahead. It`s just taking up space.

Hmmm ... I was wondering what was in those buckets ...

Not much laundry or many socks to mend, Val ...
But, for some reason I think that you'll have fun here in spite of that ... ;)
