It never ceaces to amaze me how you guys can amass this many Klickies.  I want this many of the Bluecoats (French).

In 28mm metal, my friends and I are putting together miniatures for the Franco-Prussian War.  Maybe another period PM should consider.

Many kudos for the great work you have done.

Hello, da Hugh ...

Actually, Playmobil has given us the basic ingredients for creating our own Franco-Prussian War figures. But, as you've suggested, it would be wonderful if Playmobil really made some sets from that period!

All the best,
Richard

Wonderful Richard, but to do the FPW, we would need many of the same type klickies (hint, hint, Playmobil... sales...), I suspect that we would need  Officers, Infantry, Cavalry, and Artillery sets for both the French and the Prussians.

If you add in later sets the Russians, Austrians, Bavarians, etc, one could do dioramas of the Franco-Austrian War, the Prussian-Austrian War as well as the Franco-Prussian War.  Many beautiful Klickies.

That is spectacular!  I'm in awe of your armies and your fortress and town!  I can't even fathom how long it must have taken to assemble all of it!
