army
« on: February 19, 2007, 06:10:03 pm »
Finally I found the time to take pictures of all my forces in active duty at the moment. To have a backround I used a tablecloth because for the larger units it was too difficult to use a simple DIN A3 paper. I cant post all the photos now, but in the next weeks I will post all of them, so check the forums regulary  :D. Enjoy the pics and perhaps u cant gimme some hints to improve them...

1. commanders and his staff

2 officers
1 trumpeter
1 staff rider

2. I. Centurie of my Romans

1 officer
1 siginfer
17 legioneers

I love your Confederate Cavalry.  They'd make a great army to battle the numerous Union troops that are more abundant in sets.

they were my first try of customizing...back in the days when I were young (3 years ago  ;D) and concerning an other lamp...I think the pictures a bright enough to see my soldiers  ;)

heres the next wave:

10. V. Centurie Roman bowmen (actually not abig unit)

1 centurian
1 signifer
2 soldiers  :D

11. 3xQuadriga

...

12. redcoats (actually my biggest unit)

3 officers
2 flag bearers
35 soldiers

13. musketeers without muskets

1 officer
5 soldiers

When I was younger I used to have units consisting 6 soldiers. This is the one last unit where u can still see that, all the other units have as many soldiers as I can get  :)
