Nicely done Cheng, very good!

BTW, as far as the focus is concerned, I think you may be taking the photos from too close. Most lenses (unless they are a macro lens) have a minimum focus depth. Try taking the pictures from a little further away, and then blowing them up afterwards. Maybe that will help.

thanks capt...i switched to "close-up" but perhaps thats still not "macro lens"...and the focussing is auto...and worst of all, my tiny LCD panel always looks very bright and clear...that is until i put it on my desk top

yes, i will take it further...guess i'll have to take the trouble to enlarge and to crop it

These guys are simply adorable! :D
Very neat paintwork, Cheng! 8)

I like the "rope" you added to the sacks behind them too. Nice detail!

It sounds like you were using the correct setting, but macro lenses have their distance limits too, and these can vary from one camera to another. With my first digital camera (bought about 5 years ago) I think it was about 30cm, but my newer one is much more powerful and allows me to get sharp pictures at really close distances. You probably just have to find the optimum distance for your camera's close-up setting. :)

very good work cheng, im sorry to say this, but i like ur customs of ur "accesoires" a bit more than ur figures though they r great. That gave me a wonderful idea what I can do in 3 weeks when I hopefully got a lot of time for playmobil again  :D
