I have used the warhammer paints and another brand that I don't remember now. To paint the armors I used technics like 'pincel seco' and 'aguada'. I don't know the translation in english, sorry.

The second custom here is really good, but the first is breathtaking!

pincel seco must be `dry brushing,´ but I can´t work out the other term; what does it mean literally?

David, I believe "aguada" is a wash technique.

This helmet would certainly protect the face. But, I would be afraid that I coulnd't get it off. Then I would be the "Man in the Iron Mask" ...

I think that I like the "comb" Morion better on the Conquistador ...

Very interesting. I must say I like the helmet very much, although it does not seem to belong to a conquistador - he looks like a cross between a gladiator and a conquistador.

And he is indeed VERY scary!

Que guay tio, me mola! Really cool and nice work! I was just reading a book about the Spanish search for Cibola (El Dorado) in the area of what today is New Mexico and Arizona of the United States. It mentions Coronado's red beard, so it is really exciting to see your figures. Really looking forward to seeing more!
