Concerning buying Playmobil Armor and Helmets
« on: February 01, 2015, 02:02:16 pm »
I seem to have a shortage of Helmets for my figures, which is a problem, especially due to the fact I need to use my medieval figures for stopmotions.

Does anyone know where I can buy Playmobil helmets? Mainly a 'Kettle Hat' in dark grey and grey, as well as the 'Banded War Hat' in grey (Names come from here http://www.teuton.org/~stranger/PLAYMOBIL/armoury/helmets.html). I have tried to scour Ebay, but since I live in the UK there's not a lot to choose from aside from a couple of bike helmets and stuff, and I would try to use the US site, but then I would have to pay shipping up to £20.84 ($31.40) for one helmet that costs around $1, which is a bit off putting.

You have to find out the ETN (=part) numbers (something like 30 12 345) of your desired parts. If you have a instruction they can be found there or on www.playmodb.org. Then get into contact with playmobil UK. either by sending an email or possibly by phone.

One of your helmets might be http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-07-7750
or http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-07-6460
or maybe http://playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30-04-8120
