Ralf, those are some truly excellent and varied customs.  I really like them all and your carefully chosen backgrounds are great too.  My only suggestion would be to replace the man’s hat in the second set, as his bowler doesn’t work well with his jacket with conchos.  Maybe you should have him and the middle figure in the first set swap hats?

I like those with naked torsos  :)
and am wondering what you'll do next with those new outdoor light-skinned (swimmer) torsos  ;D

Nice job on the indian customs. The top two sets are my favorite. I hope you wouldn't mind if i made a few like that for myself?
