On the river Euphrate
« on: October 13, 2006, 04:32:16 PM »
Hello,

A few mesopotamians, hurrites or sumerians designed by Mikail.
You can see a babylonian; quite caricatural  ;D , homage to Griffith and his movie: "Intolerance".

Great !!!
I especially like the one on the left.
Maybe someday I will breath new life into my "in ancient times" thread. There is so much to explore in those early days.
But I think the rest of 2006 will be dedicated to packaging "parade"-sets and a few enemies for de warrens 30 years wr soldiers.

So watch out!

All the best

AMAZING ANCIENTS !!!

Thanks for sharing Mikail's awesome ancients with us, Foulques!

Since Ralf picked his favourite ... ;)
My favourite is the second from the right (the one with the gold head-band)! ... :)

All the best,
Richard

I left my love a letter in the hollar of a tree.
I told her she would find me in the U.S. Cavalry.

I love all the Ancient ideas everyone keeps coming up with. I just hope Playmobil catches some of these ideas for opponents for the Romans.

Great customs!!!
Thanks for posting them here, Foulques! :) 8)

It seems that it is possible to customise figures from almost every period of history and from every part of the globe, if you possess the right parts and enough imagination.

Your friend Mikail has certainly done a top job with these. :)

I always thought that a Samurai would be impossible to do, but I've proved wrong on that.

So, I think I'm coming to agree with you.

Maybe that's a new thread.  Figures/periods it's "impossible" to make with Playmo.  Set yourself a challenge!
