poor cheng  ;), perhaps u can customize some into Greeks...
its nice to hear that u love my pictures so much, unfortunally those were the only ones who were acceptable, the other ones were not sharp enough. I got some of the decorations though:

and by the way its only 3 weeks till middle of august, so not long to wait 4 us. Richard do u guys in the US will get romans too? Im asking cuz I didnt see them at playmobil.com...

Have a nice day

No, the romans will arrive in US approximately a year from now. Correct me if I am wrong.

Minatory is almost correct, Gaius ...

None of the toy stores (or any other shop) in Canada or the United States will get the Romans until next year ... EXCEPT for the two Florida FunPark stores and the New Jersey FunStore.

But, the Romans will only be available for "walk-in" shoppers and NOT for "call-in" or mail order.

So ... For anyone in the United States who can't wait a year for the Romans ... Hopefully, you have a friend in Orlando, North Palm Beach Gardens or Woodbridge ... :)

For everyone else in the United States, we can hope that Target may have some exclusive Romans for Christmas.

Thanks again for the wonderful pictures, Gaius ...

All the best,
Richard

Thanks for the photos Gaius! They look great! I am about a 4.5 hour drive from Woodbridge, N.J., and the Romans may be enough to get me to make the trip!

Ahh looks great. I really want that 4x horse chariot (can't remember the real name..)!!!

I believe it is called a "quadriga."

Hello, Cap'n Henry ...

Four and half hours !!! Is that "round-trip" or "one way" ... ???

Regardless, that's a long drive. Henry. You might want to call first. If they know that you're coming, they might put some aside for you so that you won't be disappointed when you get there.

All the best,
Richard

great pics gaius! unfortunately i ahvent been able to log on much lately but it feels good to see the forum again :D looks like u guys r all doing great!
the romans sure look interesting but i will at most acquire one or 2 pieces, my main focus is still on the western theme although i am miles away on completing anything or actually building it up...  :-\
I left my love a letter in the hollar of a tree.
I told her she would find me in the U.S. Cavalry.

oh believe me cheng it isnt easy lol... id luv to show u some progress photos but im afraid the only progress i made so far is cleaning and pieling up playmobil from the last 2 decades in my storeroom (which in some distant time shall become the wild west! lol). at the moment i simpyl dont have the time to build it up, also i am still missing out on some essential pieces, ah time and money thats what i need lol! ;)
