WoT, that's a great pose with your Roman klickys. By turning them sideways, it looks like they are about to throw their "pila" (plural for "pilum") at the advancing Egyptians. (see attachment)

Well done, WoT !!!

Thanks Richard, that was the effect I was going for. ;D
I even popped one leg out of the frame so they leaned back a bit. ;)

Nice pictures and diorama!  You've really accumulated a nice Roman army, WarriorOfToys!  Your two legionary centuries look quite formidable and, as Richard points out, the positioning of the legionaries ready to unleash their pila looks fantastic!  Your mixed Egyptian force looks good too.  My only question is who are the men on the ship and acting as cavalry for your Egyptians and where are they from?  Are the mercenaries?

This was only my Roman army a few months ago...
It is now triple the size! ;D ;D ;D

Yes, both the men on the ship, and the Egyptian Cav are Mercenaries.

Thanks for your compliments. :)

Tu regere imperio populos, Romane,
hae tibi erunt artes - pacique imponere morem,
parcere subiectis et debellare superbos.

I like the idea about the pilum throwers.

That's a very impressive army, WarriorOfToys!  It looks like you have four centuries of legionaries, two centuries of auxiliaries, a couple officers with bodyguards, a ship, a quadriga, a tent, and various enemies or allies, depending on the day. ;)
