Hi I live in Missouri in the US. I'm interested in Playmobil historicals and have recently resumed collecting Playmobil after a 24 (!) year hiatus. Looks like I missed out on the distinctively medieval stuff of the 1990s, but a lot of the new knights and vikings strike me as not bad.
I've been looking at pictures of people's armies and am really impressed. I don't have any fleshed out companies myself, but enjoy seeing what's going on.
Many of the new Playmobil series are too fantasy for me (like those Green Dragon Slayer Knights, though I actually like the viking sea serpent). I guess I'm looking for a forum in which some of the folks hope Playmobil doesn't drift too far into the wacky.

Hello, Sir Turk ...
And, welcome from Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia ... (http://www.gardenwargamer.com?images/wave.gif)
Probably the only thing "wacky" that you'll find at this forum is me ... ::)
Looking forward to seeing you around.
All the best,
Richard

Hi, I also am from Missouri, in St. Louis. What part of Missouri are you from?
I am trying to get emough Klickys together to do battle in Napoleonics. So far I have a few of the Red Coats and a few of the Guards to use as French. I marvel at the armies of others.
Keep in touch...
da Hugh
