I changed the officers skills into company abilities and added a rule for firing from a higher location! So repeat the download to get version 2.2 of the game!

Well done text and inspiring pictures. I wish I had more 18th century. Maybe i'll give it a try with acw figures but probably it will not be the same.

Well.... the age of the musket actually ranged from the 17th to the mid 19th century, actually many of the war tactics (line warfare) were still used just before WW1, ending with the Crimea wars I believe!
So I think the rules apply perfectly well in later (or earlier) times, Simply add pikeman to the infantry for 17th century warfare and you are good to go!

There was at least one battle in WWI that I know of
where they still used the line firing method. :o

Yes, for instance, in the English Civil War, there were large blocks of Pikemen with Musketmen on their flanks.
