Well, here goes nothing. :)
C'mon and fight PlaymoGuy! ;D
Here is my beginning formation:
(Just an new note,
In my rules, I talk about attacking the flanks of your enemy.
Since you cant see the way the people are facing on this board,
We will say at the end of our turn, which way they are facing.
Mine now are facing North.) :)
(Also, I forgot to mention what archers and spear-men look like in our discussions,
Spear-men are the red or pink squares with black dots,
Archers are the red or pink squares with purple or green dots.)
So save the image and draw in your army on paint,
Remember our pms for the differences in heavy and light infantry and other units.
After we have both drawn our armies,
We will commence the battle by taking away the orange lines.
You may go first. :)
(I also ask that anyone who is reading the thread
please not comment until the battle is over.
It may make it more confusing for us while playing.)

I'm having trouble distinguishing your units with their dots, WarriorOfToys. Perhaps giving each unit a color rather than a dot would be better. For example, have one side use red for spearmen, pink for archers, and brown for cavalry while the other side uses dark blue for spearmen, light blue for archers, and black for cavalry.

Much better idea, I will revise the map.
But there are more units we need to adress...
Ok, here are the units.
Orange-Heavy infantry
Light Orange-Light Infantry
Red-Spear-men
Pink-Light Spear-men
Yellow-Archers
Peach-Heavy Crossbowmen
Brown-Heavy Cavalry
Light Brown-Light Cavalry
Oops, and I forgot that cavalry takes 2 spaces,
And I have a dragon! :P
PlaymoGuy, you can use:
Blue-Heavy Infantry
Light Blue-Light Infantry
Green-Spear-men
Light Green-Light Spear-men
Purple-Archers
Light Purple-Heavy Crossbowmen
Black-Heavy Cavalry
Gray-Light Cavalry
(Your Dragon can be 4 red squares, mine will be 4 green squares.)
We can of course switch the colors if you would like.

Who is fighting, WarriorOfToys? Your Romans or your Medievals? It seems to me that there are a lot of different troop types. If I had my Roman or Egyptian armies, I would simply have heavy infantry, light infantry, archers, cavalry, and chariots. If I had my Medieval armies, I would simply have heavy cavalry, infantry, and archers.

Me and PlaymoGuy decided to use our Medieval armies.
And we need the destinctions between
all the units I listed because each unit has different stats.
