Yes you read correctly, I am not sure if this info has been posted yet, but as of november Dick and Pat are at it again!  :P

Very curious about this one... loved the series, wasn't too taken by the last film, but hey it's Sharpe, of course I'll give it a try! ;)

I thought the synopsis and setting sounded very similar to the last film (Sharpe's Challenge).
 
Apparently it's to be a continuation of that story:

I agree Sylvia, I hope it will be different though. The last film wasn't bad, but it somehow lacked certain elemtns of a "real" Sharpe adventure. Perhaps the napoleonic theme also just appeals more to me (meaning the contrast of characters and the villains). However India is a very interesting theme and I hope this new adventure will be what a says - a Sharpe adventure!  ;D
