hi there

finally I'd like to introduce myself ;)

some of you may already know me from other playmobil related websites  ;)

I'm aged 45, of german origin, and live in the beautiful baroque city of Ludwigsburg in the south of germany (NOT bavaria!).

I am collecting playmobil for about ten years (or so), it all started with the first few fantasy specials and the green dragon ... but I really got hooked by the pirate ships ...

My main themes of interest concerning playmobil are all sorts of historic and/or adventurous themes with a focus on pirates, soldiers & knights, but every now and then there's also some "modern" playmobil sneaking into the collection for some reason or another.

I ususally do customizing, sometimes in a soft way (i.e. just swapping parts) and sometimes in a more "hardcore" way, torturing poor and helpless klickies with paint, glue, needles and whatever sort of material I find that suits the current goal.  ;D I guess you'll find out.
