i've imagined these guys for some time...white indian & middle-eastern klickies! did you paint his white sleeves & trousers white?
his patches remind me of the vintage Hobo...his hair is original PM? ..and i like the Lego spear too   ;)

nice NICE !! (more coming?  ;D )

i used white original parts (the hair too) and colored tape for the patches, sorrry for the low quality picture :'(

And, you continue to choose Garden Wargaming's favourite historical period! HOORAY !!!

As you know, Michael, for a long time now we have thought about recreating the BATTLE OF TEL EL KEBIR using Playmobil figures and wagons.  However, it's beginning to look more and more like that you might actually beat us to it ... :)

So far, we seem to be just slightly further along than you ...  Click HERE !  But, you seem to be rapidly catching us ... :)

(We are secretly hoping that you pass us by, because we would really like to see Tel el Kebir done with Playmobil.)

I knew a wargamer who when he was on holiday in Egypt collected some sand from the battlefield at Tel el Kebir just so when his group wargamed it they would have the real stuff!
