ZULU(s)
« on: December 04, 2006, 11:48:15 AM »
simple customs with some changes like;
those white grass anklets are now just below their knees...
shorter stabbing and extra throwing spears....
tiny bow(s) with poison arrow(s)...from Lego  ;D
'reinforced' shields

Love what you did with the shields, Cheng ...

It is a "simple" conversion, but VERY effective!

All you need now are the 24th South Wales Borderers ... ;)

Thanks and all the best,
Richard

"Here they come Sir!  Black as hell and thick as grass!"
Said to be the report of the sentry to Lt Chard at Rorkes Drift on first sighting the Zulus.

Great figures.

hey Dan,
while we are comfortable sitting in a cool & quiet PC environment...its really difficult to imagine how those troopers felt at that time (anyone with real life experience here?)...knowing that a horrible death awaited these troopers in a foreign country  :(
