I plan on pitting my legionnaires against some Vikings and Barbarians that I’ve recently acquired. I also plan to have some civil wars between my legionnaires and my Praetorian Guards, which are simply the blue Roman warrior figures. They work well for this purpose, as the Praetorian Guards often had blue shields with scorpions. I may, however, have to do some modifications to them by replacing their gold helmets with silver ones and replacing their regular spears with pilums. Their swords are also on the wrong side, but I suppose I can live with this.
