The King of Norway's Guards have just promoted a penguin from Edinburgh Zoo to be Colonel-in-Chief and have given him a long service medal.
Why they've done this is a long story (look it up on the web) but the thought occurs, is there a Playmobil penguin that could be used with a suitable klicky to represent this?
By the way, the penguin's name is Nils Olav.
