Hi Ralf,

Fantastic custom, as usual!

I'm guessing late Roman (4th, maybe even 5th century?) scout or light cavalryman, serving somewhere along a northern frontier. But I'm no expert. No matter when he's from, he looks great!

He could be a very early peasant soldier, but the horse does lean towards your theory Andrew.  :)
