Turntables For Trains.

I’m not sure what they’re called, but there are these “swinging bridges” used in train yards to move single train units into stables for repairs and maintenance (I wanna say they’re called turntables). I know there was at least one set with this part; It might have been a custom ¿Any ideas how it could have gotten built?

Uh, ¿anybody?
I need it for a set I’m planning involving a massive castle (several cobbled together), a
77
43 Cannon Big Bertha, and a flatbed car platform (such as 3Ø Ø9 3
7
ØØ).

Ok, so I just got
4234 Horse Circus Act
for my daughter (
¡no, really! ¡I swear!
), and realized that 3Ø 28 14ØØ Circus ring framework, 3Ø 51 5Ø6Ø Circus ring gears, crank and housing, and 3Ø 63
7
632 Circus ring floor, gear teeth around edge (in other words, the turntable) could be used for a turntable for my concept. ¿Anyone have any experience with this concept? ¿Am I wasting my time even pursuing it?
