Yes, perhaps some Meiji, the colonial hat for officier seem strange for japanese but marine troops are often less known?

Is it thaï army? I don't see anything on their uniforms.

Someone have some documentation of uniforms at period of Thailand modernization? I haven't see pictures of this.

now my new hats has their monograms

the Thais through history fought with neighbours like Vietnamese, Burmese and the many other tribes there but youre right, there's not much references...I cant read Thai, so that makes researching difficult
