This is a Private of the Honourable Artillery Company of 1805.

The Honourable Artillery Company is the oldest regiment in the British Territorial Army - the equivalent of the US National Guard - (but, being British, that makes them second in order of seniority!).  For more about them go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honourable_Artillery_Company .

That's a really great custom, Dan!  I really like the colors and the leopard skin on the headgear you've created.
