Sorry its a bit small but it has the confederate kepi and jacket with a pair of white trousers and an old style collar/jacket lapels attached. It is described as new from the factory in Malta ?

it would be great news for us western theme lovers!  :o
but i cant really see much on ur pic edwin, as u said its a bit small lol...
im not sure if this is allowed but maybe u could post the link to the auction? (even after it has finished ;)) just so we can tell if its really new (which would be great!)!
the parts could all be assembled from other figures and put together that way (obviously the factory could have used different parts from figures to create a new one as well) so its hard to tell like this...

That can be possible, because in Malta is a Playmo-Market, where you can find a lot of oddities Figures. That wouldn't be an official figure in an official set, but rather a "official" customizing.
