Title: Warm greetings from Malta
Post by: MalteseKnight on February 14, 2010, 11:49:14 AM
Hello there!

I'm a returning collector, who just woke up from hibernation. Five years ago, I stacked my pirate collection in the garage, only to have opened it recently. My eldest is turning 5 this month, and I've been slowly slowly introducing him to Playmo. Not much stays in one piece though, and it's hard to keep things together. So far, he get's to play with the sets I have double or are 'out of scope'  ::)  Once a month or so, we go to the Playmobil factory, where they have a lovely play area. He's (and his sister of 2 too!) has been enjoying it a lot.

I joined the forum to read up on the latest, enjoy the customized clickies and buildings/ships and add my own comments and pictures on occasion  ;D

Cheers,
Denis

Welcome from California!  It's great that your son has rekindled your interest in Playmobil and that you both are enjoying it.  It must be a lot of fun to visit the Maltese factory where all those wonderful klickies are made.

Hello, MalteseKnight ... (http://www.gardenwargamer.com/images/wave.gif)

A BIG welcome from another islander.
I live in the warm and sunny Caribbean Virgin Islands!

Happy to have you here.

Do you ever get any bits of interesting Playmobil news from the Malta factory? ... ;)

All the best,
Richard

I don't get much news from the factory itself, but I do run into the ocassional 'leaked' clicky. It allowed me to make this one, for example  8)
