Great fotos GaiusIulius!
(I wish my fotos looked as good as yours do!)
What is your secret for taking such great fotos?
I love your British chausseurs ... warrensde made some figures from the 95th (Sharpes Rifles) that look somewhat similar ( Click HERE (http://www.gardenwargaming.com/armies/dhamer/dhamerjun03.html) to see them ) ...
Please post more fotos ...
All the best,
Richard

@ ur first question: there is no special secret about my pictures. im pleased to hear that u like them. I have a 3.1 mega Pixel camera. Perhaps the 'secret' is that I take some more photos and then I decide which ones I post. By the way I host them at http://www.imageshack.us/ The hosting is for free with no registration and I know it because I am a gamer and host screenshots sometimes.
@ ur second question here are more photos:

... historical not correct...but I dont care ...
That's the fun of Playmobil! And that's the fun here at GW-PC! Your Playmobil toy soldiers don't have to be historically correct! ... :)
Thanks for the additional fotos, GaiusIulius. Your close-up fotos are so crisp and clear. What do you use for lighting?
All the best,
Richard

these ones were quite easy, I made some French :P and that was really hard work (http://www.playclicks.com/gardenwargaming/foro/viewtopic.php?t=77) just have a try it isnt always as difficult as it seems to be.

Very beautiful realization GaiusIulius, One needs really patience for such a realization. Personally, without reachbeing reached Parkinson's disease, I am unable to paint like that, I tremble too much.

Good job! One of the best things about this board is seeing everyone's efforts - how some people take a lot of time and work to create a perfect figure, while others may not be so exacting and customize an entire unit. Very cool!

Hello Gai,
how did i miss this thread?
from your smaller sign-off picture, i mistook them for French
i'm not a wargamer and it took me a while to say "i dont care if it not accurate" too :P
now, to me, as long as i can recognise them as french or prussian etc...thats good enough
but it is also very kind of you to state that "it is not accurate", otherwise kids (or cheng  ) may take your customs as Gospel and use them as guides :P
i like your red coats with those silver lines across their bodies(too bad those old PM klikies like Olces's avatar with such line printing has been discontinued...its too hard for me to paint lines like these too
and i like your prussians' shirts...very skillful painting!!
and my OLCESE friend,
pardon my ignorance,
if Parkinson's is not too painful (to be customising)...
you could try masking and spraying....the joy of customising can make me forget any pain(i have two bad knees from sports and hope i wont have artritis for a long time to come)
of course masking trembling hands is quite tricky...but its an advantage when you spray...no 'over-spraying' on one spot :P
