I customized the known acw veteran 30 00 5520 (http://www.playmodb.org/cgi-bin/showpart.pl?partnum=30%2000%205520) to make him change the no longer existing sides.  ;D

And, yes, he could be an ACW veteran for either the USA or the CSA!
