Maybe it's the standard? Maybe it's because you used one of my favorite torsos?
Maybe because it isn't a theme people usually recreate?
I don't know why (specifically) but these figures check all of my boxes, well done!

I found a few more old klickies to increase the number of my late roman limitanei.

I am assuming they were a mix of different ethnities, even some germans, and their equipment was not always up to the same standard.
