1st Chinese Regiment in the British Army.
.....supposedy armed with Martini Enfield
(very successful in their campaigns with minimal casualties)
sorry I've been away too long...getting rejections and "not logged in" messages :P :D

Once again you hit the spot. :)
Where is this torso from? I am quite sure it is genuine but would not be astonshed to be proved wrong.

Thanks, Cheng!
I'm sure that many of us (including me) did know about the 1st Chinese Regiment in the British Army.
Found a very interesting article HERE (http://www.kaiserscross.com/304501/306501.html).

WOT,
actually I just saw this reference picture a week ago :P
....what I made was actually marine police from Jacky Chan's "Police Story" or something
and Richard, only last week did I learn that they were actually the 1st Chinese Regiment in the British Army turned into HK marine police which accounted for the stark similarity in uniforms...so I switched their batons for rifles and now have added them to my Boxers shelf
