very smart (&brave) cutting of those bearskin hats  ;D
and I haven't been following your greatly improved customising skills....I'm referring to those draped over coats....youre going where I dare not tread, yet  ;) and might follow you :D ..someday

Oh yes!  I have been toying with the idea of making a figure of Brigadier Gerard  - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Napoleonic character (he wasn't just Sherlock Holmes you know), and thsi has definitely decided me to do it.

Just a quick question.  How did you make the pelisses?
