painfully(against my own rules) but easily done....trimmed(the 'goatee' below the lips) with a sharp blade...i did a few using the other available colors or blonde, black and grey....very handsome, for napoleonics & ACW etc themes

thanks and yes Richard....i see the possibility with a build-up for 1900 characters but i'm not into diorama these days  :D

I've been building klickies belonging to the different groups (but I havent made the french/british/americans yet and might not) for the Peking confrontation in 1900....i will put them all in the same shelf finally, if possible, but i wont build dioramas with chinese buildings etc (I've seen fantastic chinese buildings in another Forum I think)

Really great figures, and a cool way of using those white hats  :D It´s a pity we can´t get more of those brown belt and straps anyway  :P
