Hi,

   I decided to try to make my own scotsman, not great, but ok. :)

Your Scotsman concept is excellent. Good choice of Playmobil parts.

You might want to try "masking" the areas that you want to paint, so that your edges are a bit sharper.

Also, have you thought about trying the pinhead technique for buttons?

The master customizers use a lot of tricks to make their figures look so good.

Anyone can learn their "tricks." All of us are happy to help you ... if you want some help.
