Hy all and sorry i don't know the right english term for Kürassier :-[
I try to build a Kuerassierhelm.
Simply to use a Roman helmet it's not so beautiful in my opinion, because he does not fit to the time period.
As basic I use a Roman helmet for the attempt . at first i cutted the ear-parts and the i tryed to fit another helmet part to the roman.
we'll see...

The Greek Light Infantry in the British Army of the 1800s wore something similar - I can feel a conversion coming on.........
