Hello all! I'm trying to build an early medieval army and wanted some opinions and suggestions. Here's my basic knight (until the new crusading special comes out). your help is welcomed to improve the custom! thanks!

Definitively 11th century. I am looking to the viking helmets of my sons in a different way. ;D
Were is the torso from? I have one, too, but cannot remember from which figure.
-
Well I also tried the same helmet effect with the viking helmet with the horns, but they show on the side, and when it cames to painting...
The torso is from one of the vikings in set 3151 (the fort), also from the viking family from DS.

1st of all, thank you for all the kind remarks! when i finally start assembling the army (next ds order i think, gotta raise "tax money" to pay for the army! ;D) i'll try and keep teh pictures coming!
Still any improvement suggestions will be welcomed!
I think that this basic knight will work well, but let's see how it works with the common troops (basically the normal soldier as in set 3123)
Best regards to you all!

If you can mount them all, its William the Conqueror on his way to invade England (and they can fight each other because William had a long fight to be accepted as Duke of Normandy).

They will look great en masse!
